Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I purchased some pre-IPO shares in a Delaware company over a year ago, expecting the IPO to take place in March, 2011. Nothing has happened and I have received no answer. What can I do?

Much of it would depend on the agreement you signed in purchasing such restricted shares, as most such agreements contain disclaimers etc. going to the risk you are willing to assume vis a vis the purchase of restricted shares.
