unfinished work
If a person quailifies for the family health plus program, and half way threw medical treatment the policy covering that person is cancelled, and for the next three years red tape stops any treatment from finishing the treatment can any action be taken against the county for not covering the full treatment, since it is up to the counties of new york state to rule on each case.
Re: unfinished work
No, half of your question is devoted to fitting in the words"red tape stops any treatment" so why should the county be liable?
