re: c1-d visa

Hello,Hope you are doing good. Just wanted to know if a green card holder can sponsor his brother who holds an expired c1-d visa and who has been in the united states for 4 years? And can he apply for his brothers permanent residence. Thank you

First, there is no such category as a brother, lawful permanent resident filing for the brother. Second, C/D visa, the creman's visa does not allow to adjust status and get the green card within the U.S.
