re: c1-d visa to legal status
Hello,Hope you are doing good. Just wanted to know if a green card holder can sponsor his brother who holds an expired c1-d visa and who has been in the united states for 4 years? And can he apply for his brothers permanent residence. If not what is the best available option so that he becomes a legal permanent resident of U.S. Thank you for your time.
