i have benn married to a us citizen since 2006 , we have a wonderfull bab together, but i cant live with him any more....we rnt happy together, he is very rude with me , impolite ,and doesnt respect me....so i m sur if we cntinue it will have bad result on me morally....the problem is that i have a conditionnal green card that will expire in one year....i m gonna ask for divorce in my country egypthe where the marriage contract was made but in m contr it takes years to get divorce....so before the expiration of my green card i have to ask for removal of condition and i wont be divorced yet.....so on wich base i have to ask for the removal..because i see that i have just 4 choices, waiver based on death, based on divorce, based on hardship.....i dont know what to put..and how i will proof that i entered with good faith in the marriage is my baby a proof that it wasnt just for the green card and that was serious relationship..waht can i put as proof to proove that it was a real marriage....

Re: conditionnal green card waiver
