deportation

If my husband has a green card because I brought him here, can he be deported for wife abuse? I am a citizen of the US and he has been here for 4 years.

Any person other than a citizen may be deported for a violent felony. Report this to the INS.

The answer to your question is yes. A Green Card holder can be deported for a conviction involving domestic violence and for numerous other types of convictions.
