Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I-485 denied based on missing documents

Dear attorneys,

Just to clarify my previous post. I applied for I- 485 based on marriage. The immigration approved my I-30, hovewer my visa expired on 06/02/09 and I have only 30 days to re-open or leave the country.

Please read my previous post and replay.

Have a great day,

Sylwia
