marital problems

I recently discovered that my was married in 1995 and never really divorced his wife, counterfeit divorce decree was submitted to file for status thru me. he has also been cheating on me, he is very violent, physically abusive and verbally too.

You may qualify for an annulment. Also, your husband can be facing serious charges and deportation for falsifying documents and his marital status. Contact a lawyer to discuss your options. I am available to help.
