Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

hi, i got married in india in 2004 with a greencard holder, i came to US on B1/B2 visa in april 2006 (got I-94 for 6 mnths stay) also i mentioned while applying for visa tht iam married and am going to attend a seminar on hairstylin and my husband is in india and he has a job in india(he is in US since he was 7 ,came for marriage in 2004 for 2 mnths then returned he came back in march 2006 for a mnth at time of my interview, so the job part is a lie but he was in india at time of interview)

i overstayed my visa since 4 yrs,we have a girl who is now 3 yr old. now my husband got his citizenship in july 2010, he is going to apply for me now.

Is my case complicated?what forms do we have to file?do i have to mention that i lied about my husbands job in india in my I-485 form(yes/no Question # 9
