I have no money to renew my lost green card, is there any way i can get a stamp in my passport stating that i am a permanent resident?

You have to renew your green card. The form is I-90 (for a 10 year green card). The filing fee is $370. The renewal process is not a simple "rubber-stamping". The USCIS is going to fingerprint you, check your criminal record, etc - before issuing you a new green card.
