Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Can I receive donation or grant with my O1-Visa? or can i create a non-profit/cultural association in NY with my visa?
I have an art project and I found an association who could sponsor me in order to cover the cost of producing the project, I'm not getting any money but just covering partially the expenses or at least getting even...
does it create a conflict with my O1 visa?
