hi sir or madam i came i usa 1995 and i get married whit a citizen girl and after some time in 2004 i went to virginia because my friend open a resturant so he sponserd me in between i call my wife to virginia to live whit me but she not want to live ny so we have verry hard time and finialy in 2007 i divorsed her but now iin 2008 i live that job and i came n.y now i have my girl friend here so iam getting marry whit her so pls advice me that if i file to immigration whit my girl friend so it will be help full for me
