sir i have visor visa for usa i am in usa highschool but my visa entry is expire one year ago but i got visa for 5 years and can u tell me that what i could do because i cant go collrgr without any immragtion status i am living here with my grandfather and my dad brother and my grandfather have permanet resdience and my dad brother have citenzenn ship i dont know if i could apply throgh m grandfather or my dad brother so please sir can u tell me what i could do byethe way sir i could apply student visa can you tell me that too thanku

It apears that you cannot apply for anything through your grandfather or your uncle.

Where are your parents?

It appears that you came to USA on B2 Visitor's visa and then overstayed. Also, you are not allowed to attend public school on Visitor's visa.

You are not eligible for a student visa because of your unlawful presence in USA.
