Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

is stamping required?

i work for company A now. I am planning to move to Company B very soon.

I have a valid H1B until Oct 2008. My country is India. I plan to visit India, after I change my H1 to the new company.

Do I need to go for stamping, in my country, before i come back to US again?

Please advise.

Once you begin working for your new employer you will have to obtain a new visa stamp abroad if you travel before returning to the U.S.
