Who has applied for your immigrant visa (green card)? If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you might be worried about attending your green card interview at a U.S. consulate abroad. Sometimes immigrant visa processing can be slowed down if necessary. More information is needed to adequately address your issue. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation as I can serve individuals all across the country.
