internet trademark infringement question

I have a domain whose prefix is

attached to a registered trademark

e.g.

''classicexample.ext'' Is the fact that

the base ''example'' is a tm, put me

in any danger of tm infringement,

Re: internet trademark infringement question

These inquiries are invariably fact specific, but there are a few basic concepts.

1. Domain names themselves are not usually acceptable as trademarks.

2. Cybersquatting is a potential issue in any use in which a trademark is used inside a domain name.

3. Conflicts can, on occasion, be resolved through negotiation and/or licensing.

If you'd like to discuss the specifics of your case, please feel free to get in touch.
