Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York

photo release

if i have the model in a picture sign a model release agreement for me to use the picture as the cover of my book, is there an additional agreement needed so that they can not make any money from me using the photo?

Re: photo release

We'd need to know who they are? The models? How would they get a copy of the photo?

If you're the poster of the previous (and virtually identical)question, you need to add that to the agreement I described. If you want the model to walk down Broadway on alternate Mondays for two weeks dressed only in a placard for your book (not such a bad idea), add that too. The point is that an agreement is what the parties "promise" (i.e., agree) and in all cases, it's better to have that agreement in writing.
