Legal Question in Investment Law in New York

Starting a Business in US with Incorporated status

Hi,

I'm planning to start a Business in US and get it incorporated, but I'm Basically from India and Right Now I'm here in US on H1B Visa. Can I start a Business and incorporate it?

Is there any difference in the company operation between my company which is owned by a H1B Visa Holder and the one owned by a US Citizen?

Can my company Hire People as employees?

Once I start the company, what will be my status in US?

Can I Continue my H1B Status even after starting my own Company?

What will happen to the company if the employer holding my H1B Visa cancels my visa?

Although there are some issues at which to look/examine, you should be able to start the business as you desire.
