Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Bug up my bosses butt
The boss has threatened to confiscate cell phones from employees if caught on personal calls. He’s also been hounding employees for not being bubbly and smiling – like no ones allowed to have a bad day. Are these at all grounds for being fired?
