Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Bug up my bosses butt
The boss has threatened to confiscate cell phones from employees if caught on personal calls. He�s also been hounding employees for not being bubbly and smiling � like no ones allowed to have a bad day. Are these at all grounds for being fired?
