I was dismissed from Insurance Company for the rules and policies that was not explain or given to me before

I assume you do not have an employment contract and you do not belong to a union.

As a result, you an employee at will. You can be terminated for any reason except a discriminatory one or an action protected by state or federal law.

If you are a good long-term employee, you should consider contacting HR and your second level supervisor. You may just have short sighted middle manager. However, these middle managers are definitely the last word on hiring and firing.
