Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

EMPLOYER did not sign non- compete contract,

I signed a non compete contract with an new employer I worked with for about 11 months. I was terminated in January of 2006 becuase I had fallen ill and was hopitalized. I had them fax me a copy of the contract I signed and noticed that they did not sign the last page. I signed it but above my name was the CEO name and the signature section was blank. Is this contract void? thanks

Probably not, so long as they acted under the terms of the contract.
