Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Employment Discrimination bases on size?

I work in a situation where I had to bring up labor violations to the state last year and my employer got in trouble. Now they are trying to retaliate against me 1) by switching my schedule to something that I do not want to work

and

2)They have suddenly started to complain that I am too ''loud'' in meetings and that my tone of voice is ''threatening''. I'm a big guy, tall so naturally I have a louder booming voice. I worked here for 5 years before anyone ever brought up my supposed ''Scarey'' voice. I have never threatened anyone at any of my jobs. I feel like they are trying to make a ''paper trail'' so that they can come up with some sort of fake way to fire me. I work for a municipality but we are not unionized. Any advice is appreciated.
