Fired or not

If my boss will not answer the question : Do you remember you used the words which involved considered fired ? Then my boss said he had hear from his lawyer? Is this correct? Back on May 15, 2008. no accusation or other.

In a speech to with witness. I have proof of his boss ability remember things.

The question

If my boss dose not answer the question above is am I still employed but, at a cross roads? My boss also knows that my disability & that is covered under the American with disabilities act of 1990. I am not working and I am initiated to back pay and vacation pay and to be enrolled in the companies profit sharing plan when the I was not at fault. No accusation or other.

I also asked my boss to check with his labor lawyer.

Also the company is paying the health insurance for my son for the current time.

Re: Fired or not

That's an unclear question. Were you terminated or not? Did you received anything in writing? Are you still working? Are you being paid? Have you applied for unemployment benefits?

If you answer the above questions, I will try to provide some general guidance for you.
