Unemployment benefits
My former employer got audited since she paid me on a 1099 even though I was infact an employee. she ok'd me to get benefits-back in October. now she had to pay a fine of under 400.00 and emailed me my benefits will be ceased?/ how do i stop that or fight it? been unable to speak to speak to aperson at the dept of labor
