Unemployment

I was fired for breaking HIPPA regulations with my former supervisor (who left amicably) just weeks prior, by discussing a case that he was very familiar and involved in via email. My hospital fired me with out a warning and I have never had disciplinary action in the past. would i still be able to receive unemployment?

They might contest it as a discharge for cause.
