Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
1. who is supposed to clean snow of the parking space of a tenant in a 2 family house.
2. If the water gets in to an apartment becase the tenant call the cable company and in the installation they took out a molding of a window to run the cable thru and never put it back. if apt. gets flowted with rain water. i am I support to pay for her hotel till i fix the damage?
