Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

ATTN: To Whom it may concern

I am making an Appeal:

Respondent(s) decision to make and request this appeal has derived from the following.;

Take notice on July 3,2012 A set Trial had been commenced, Respondent(s) and Respondent(s) Witness, Thus' witnessed a request by Petitioner(s) Attorney to switch Judges, a personal acquaintance of petitioner(s) and his Attorney.

which should have been recused.

Further at Trial The Mount Vernon NY Judge Helen Blackwood, Refused and Denied Respondent(s) from offering or representing any Vital Important Defenses, and Admissible Evidence in conjunction to this case, which had already been submitted and admitted into court and Trial.

Lastly on July 3,2012 A set Trial had been commenced, upon further investigation The Judge & Petitioners Attorney Collaboration and conspiracy against respondent(s) had become successful.

Due to the facts, That Respondent(s) had been limited on what to submit as evidence against Petitioner(s) at Trial,

also Respondent(s) had been limited on what to say, and what to use in Respondent(s) Defense, in the effort not to incriminate Petitioner(s) actions and violations committed in this Action.

Excluded Admissible evidence such as;
