Chronic Late Rent Payments

I just received a notice that I have 7 days to vacate due to chronic late rent payments and being a continuous litigant.I have a defense for everything that has happened in which I explained in a earlier post.What happens next?How easy can my landlor terminate my lease.I am rent stabilized.Please help.

they would need a court order for eviction prior to evicting you... without such an order, it is illegal to evict you!
