Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
can i be evicted by a landlord for plating and insureing my car in another state ? I have 2 addresses, one in NY, one in PA. I spend half the year in each state, my car is tagged and registered in PA. In NY I have a mobile home in a trailer park. The owners of the park in NY told me if I did not change everything over to NY that they will evict me ! How can I plate and register my car in 2 states at the same time ?.....I don't want to be evicted ! Can they do this to me ?

Generally, no. However, it would depend on the terms and conditions in your lease agreement.
