Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I have a landlord tenant case on tomorrow. My landlord is evicting me but has left my husband out of the process. Both of our names are on the lease but she only served me with an eviction notice. Is this a valid case? Can she eveict one person off the lease without evicting everyone? Kings County
