Landlord tenant mediation clause

Is there a clause i can put in a lease to ensure any disputes are handled by a mediator (retired judge, etc) with equal costs split by both parties? IE- just trying to prevent the ''shakedown''.

Not sure what you mean by "shakedown".

The two of you can agree to whatever you like as long as it is legal.
