I am going through problems with my landlord and I don't have a lease. And my building may/maynot be registered. How long should I wait to move?

You should start to look for a new apartment. However, you physically do not have to leave until the landlord obtains a Judgment of Possession and Warrant of Eviction from the Court.\n\nMike.
