rent and moving
If I live in a 2 family house Have to pay rent every month in cash and want to move out and now landlord is saying i have no security when i paid 1 month security when i moved in what can i do?

You may commence an action in small claims case for the 1 month security (if the security is less than $5,000). In small claims you will have to prove that you gave security to the landlord.
