Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in New York

unethical practices with documented proof
I have an offer on the table right now. I am being forced to take an offer that will net myself without ever seing a penny but my attorney would net 1/3 of an insurance policy. I have well documented proof. I have been lied to as this attorney also lied to the judge as well (have proof). I had an attorney from Florida who is not licensed in NY look at the case. He advised me that I had been screwed and that I need to pursue and go after this guy.
I am left fully disabled due to the original case and now have been suffering mentally from an attorney.
I live in Upstate New York and would love to discuss with someone
