Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

delayed diagnosis

My ob didn't diagnose me with preeclampsia and I had to suffer through procedure due to his mistakes. Its 16 months later and I still have pain and other problems from the medication to treat the preeclampsia. Is this negligence?

It may be negligence. But what are your damages? Are you able to have another natural birth? Only C- Sections? Did you need subsequent surgeries? What kinds of permanent damages do you have?
