Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

Dentist malpracitce and neglience

I recently had my front tooth extracted by a dentist, and she had recommended a high porcelain bridge to fill the missing gap. However, the bridge looks nothing like my natural teeth. Furthermore, it's causing me jaw pain.It is nearly impossible to set an appointment with the dentist and once I do she's always rushing and never seem to have the chance to discuss with me about the procedures or listen to my problems. I've lost complete confidence in her and have at one point seeked another dentist advice. That's when I realized that I've been mistreated and ill-informed by my dentist. She had failed to sit down with me on the initial visit to discuss all my options. She only provided me with one, and that was to have a fixed bridge and that was it. Not only that she refused to give me a temporary bridge while the final one was resent to the Lab for adjustments. The temps was only given to me after she charged me for it. The other dentist which I consulted told me it was suppose to be included with the whole procedure. Now I'm upset and stressed over the situation. It's causing me to lose sleep and taking precious time away from my school work. Please advise on what I can do? is there any legal recourse I can take? Thanks.

You can meet with a qualified attorney reagrding this.

You should know, however, that a your attorney will need to consult with a DDS who needs to opine that there might have been malpractice.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Good Luck
