Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

health issue

I have a question, I was told in Jan 08, that I have just a small cyst on my left ovary and nothing would be done to it, I wasnt satisfied with Doctors answer and I went to another Doctor only to find out I have cysts on left and right, one on the left is solid and on the right is in fluid, another doctor told me I need to see a specialist that deals with ovarian cancer, i thought this was no problem, can I put a claim on the first doctor who said he wouldnt bother with it, Thank you

Re: health issue

You have a potential claim for a failure to diagnose if all of the elements are satisfied and you have cancer but I would need more information. Failure to diagnose medical malpractice claims are complex and costly to litigate so determining the viability of a claim is the first step. I would be happy to speak to you.
