Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York

lying laywer

our lawyer had us sign a loan agreement that he told us would not be held against us, that he would use the document as a right off....guess what he turned around and did? Do i have any recourse?

I would report him to your local Appellate Division, which investigates unethical and unlawful actions taken by lawyers, and has the power to discipline such lawyers, using a wide range of sanctions. If you do not know what Appellate Division you and the lawyer are in, ask a local lawyer you trust, or call the New York State Bar Association, in Albany, NY.
