Total Thyroidectomy
I had a total thyroidectomy 15 months ago and i was told my para thyroid was damaged during surgery do i have a case?

Perhaps. It would depend on whether the type of injury was considered an accepted risk of the surgery by other medical specialists. If not, you would have a theory. The value of the case would depend on the degree of injury, the permanency of injury, and the extent of any disability caused. Best, M. E. Zuller
