Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

I bought a used vehicle the other day from a small used car dealership. The car needed new brakes, so the brakes were replaced. While i was driving home i heard a loud thumping noise so i drove it back to the mechanic at the dealership. While i was driving it back the left front wheel came completely off and the right wheel came partially off.I lost control of the vehicle and was sliding into traffic, luckily nobody was hurt. It was determined that the mechanic did not tightened all four tires properly causing the tires to fall of while i was driving. Can i get any kind of compensation for this accident from the dealer or the mechanic?

The person/company who replaced the brakes is liable for all damages incurred as a result of the negligent repairs as well as any injuries you may have suffered. You should speak with a local attorney as soon as possible.
