my ceiling fell down in my bathroom my landlord new and did nothong.Can i sue for my property that was damaged in my bathroom? The dust and mold in the bathroom also caused me to have asthm attacks, i had to go to the er. Can i also sue for emotional distress+pain and suffering?

There are two factors that will determine whether or not you have a viable case.
The first factor is whether or not your landlord knew or should have known that there was a problem with the ceiling.
