Thank you for your inquiry.

There are two factors that will determine whether or not you have a viable case.

The first factor is whether or not your landlord knew or should have known that there was a problem with the ceiling.

The second factor is the extent of your injuries and your long term prognosis. Without knowing those factors it is difficult to determine whether or not you have a viable case.

I would be happy to meet with you and provide you with a free, no obligation, in person consultation in my office so that we can discuss further details of your possible case. If you would like to meet with me you can reach us at 212-962-1031.
