Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

no fault accident lawsuit from appx.1991

How can I find out the status of this case, i.e.: if this case was ever settled, if the attorney that was representing me ever collected on this. The attorney representing me is no where to be found and I have not received any info since appx. 2005. Thank you!

If you have the name of the attorney look him up in the database of NY attorneys online. Otherwise, from either the insurance policy or claim number you should be able to find out from the insurance company.
