At fault in Car Accident
I was in a car accident and was at fault. I signed a statement with the other party saying I will pay for damages, can I still file a claim on his insurance for damages to my vehicle? I am a New York City driver.

NEVER admit fault in a car accident, much less sign anything ot that effect... your insurance card shoud day that right on the back of it, if not then theyre cheating themselves... by admiting fault you basically tie your hands from any real claims...
your claim may very well be limited...
