Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

No fault deductable

I was in my first accident, the other driver was completely at fault. In NY my PIP ins pays for my own medical. Problem is it has a $200. deductible. This seems unfair that I have to pay the first $200. of my medical. Can I recover any money that I have to pay out of my own pocket from the other drivers ins. company?

Re: No fault deductable

No- and you opted for the $200 deductible...see your broker about that.
