after an IME my no fault carrier in NY has decided not to continue payment, what can I do now?

You can continue treatment through your own medical insurance. It is very difficult to contest an IME decision in New York.

You can treat privately, and use health insurance if you have it, or complain, in writing, to the NYS Department of Insurance. If you choose the latter route, you should attach narrative medical reports or affirmations prepared by your treating doctor(s). Best, M. E. Zuller
