If your injury is serious and permanent, you may have a claim against the landlord, however, more facts are needed. Feel free to contact our law offices at www.WeSettle.com

There are several legal issues that need to be discussed, most importantly how much notice your landlord had before the accident occurred. A full examination of your medical records is necessary to determine if you sustained a serious injury under the Insurance Law of New York. Take pictures of the defective condition, as well as yours injuries. I would be happy to give you a completely free consultation. Please contact me at 347-702-4133 or at [email protected].
