Injury In the Bahamas at the Atlantis Hotel

We made a reservation at the Atlantis through their Florida office.

I was hit at the pool by an unsecured VERY LARGE pool umbrella that came out from its stand and blew into my head causing a concussion. Can I go through a Florida attorney or do I have to go through a Bahamian attorney? If I have to go through a Bahamian attorney what are the chances dealing with Bahamian Law????
