Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

lawyer and police code of professionalism

a few days ago I was in the office of an attorney with my two children when he began to yell and screeam obscenities at me. Needless to say how taumatizing that was to my children as well as myself.Than a local police officer came in to the office after being summoned by the lawyer and immediately began to aggressively state how i would be arrested if i didn't shut up.i asked him on what grounds or basis would i be arrested.he responded by telling me again in a loud tone of voice keep your mouth shut or i wiil arrest you.He later began to talk to me about my case and i wondered why and how does he know about my case.i was setup by the lawyer and if i didn't have my kids with me they would have arrested me for no reason what so ever. What and how can i pursue legally with suits and complaints.thnak you

Report the attorney to the county bar association's grievence committee. Otherwise see if the Office of Court Administration has the number for his judicial grievence committee.

I am so sorry you were treated that way by an attorney or an officer of law.

Good luck.
