Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Libel

My ex-boyfriend assaulted me. After

this happened I sent a message to

his ex- girlfriends (one of whom he

has hit before) to tell them to be

careful if they see him and I told

them what happened to me. I did

not lie at all and told them the facts

that have documented evidence.

Now he claims he can press charges

for libel or aggrevated harassment. Is

this true?
